IS MEXICO SAFE?
Sayulita Mexico is absolutely safe. If I'm being completely honest..
I feel safer here, than I do in the States.
WILL I HAVE A ROOMMATE?
NO. Since it is our intention to cultivate your relationship with self, you will be provided your own space for energy fasting.
WHAT IS ENERGY FASTING?
Energetic fasting is taking a break from others so that you can go to sleep and wake up feeling more aligned with your own frequency. Each guest will be provided their own private Casita in order to prioritize their energetic sovereignty.
IS THE WATER SAFE?
Although some locals may drink from the tap water, it's recommend you bring a refillable water bottle (safer for the environment) and take advantage of the purified water supply on the property!
HOW FAR IS SAYULITA FROM THE AIRPORT?
From the Puerto Vallarta international airport, it takes about 45 minutes by taxi or Uber (yes there's Uber!), and about 1 hour and 15 min by bus.
WHAT AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR?
International Flight, Passport (No Visa needed for US Citizens), Airport transportation, Additional Spending Cash.
WHAT DO I PACK TO WEAR?
Less is more! Although the retreat is 7 days.. you won't need 7 pairs of clothes (I know this may be challenging for some to grasp). The Lavandaria will wash, dry and fold your clothes and is often available for same day pickup.
HOW IS THE WEATHER?
October is when the humidity in this region starts to cool down to an enjoyable temperature. You will be provided a suggested packing list once you have secured your spot.

Standard sanitary procedures are taken prior to your arrival.
Mosquitos are minimal (this was one of the most surprising aspects when I moved to the Jungle).
